Dr. Robert E. "Skip" Grubb, Jr., is senior partner for Paradox Enterprises, LLC. Dr. Grubb is a retired police officer with 20+ years of higher education experience (teaching and supervision) in the Criminal Justice field. Dr. Grubb's expertise is in designing and delivering training programs for law enforcement agencies and private security firms.
Dr. K. Virginia Hemby is the co-owner of Paradox Enterprises, LLC. Dr. Hemby has 25+ years of teaching experience in higher education in the areas of Meeting, Event, Exhibition, and Convention (MEEC) Management; Business Communication; and Training and Development. Dr. Hemby's expertise is in creating and delivering training programs for organizations, institutions, and/or corporations in the areas of business writing, business presentations (both traditional and virtual), business etiquette, and generational communication issues in the workplace.
